Happy Birthday Papa! We had the best conference weekend ever! I had this idea to put together a book for my grandpa's 84th birthday. All of his children, grandchildren, and even great-grandchildren wrote a letter to Papa of favorite memories and expressing their love. I put it all into a digital scrapbook and it created such a special gift. Well, for Lee's birthday my parents suprised us with plane tickets for conference weekend to go visit Mimi and Papa and give him the present personally! :) We just got back and had the BEST time ever. It was so wonderful to spend time with them (and it always goes by way too fast) but we are so glad that he is on his way to better health little by little. Thank you for a wonderful weekend Mimi and Papa. We love you and hope you enjoyed this birthday weekend as much as we did! :)

We even got to skip away to the beach for awhile. The water was soooo cold, but nothing beats the salty smell and hearing the waves crash. These pictures were taken at Chrystal Cove.
